WHAT WE TEACH

1. Technical Skills: Emphasizing sound fundamentals we focus on the progressive enhancement of all-court abilities, utilizing spin to boost power, and improving offensive shot-making skills.

 

2. Physical Skills: Our program prioritizes movement and complex coordination, injury prevention, and fitness assessments. Pre-puberty training emphasizes endurance, flexibility, and core stability while post-puberty shifts to building rotational strength, speed, and power.

 

3. Social Skills: Key elements of our training environment include inclusion, team building, and camaraderie. Players train rigorously to support one another, with a shared commitment to achieving performance goals.

 

4. Tactical Skills: We teach players to understand effective play patterns, employ aggressive margin tennis, and leverage personal strengths. Our focus includes situational awareness for offense, neutral, and defense, high percentage tennis principles, and the application of “directionals” for advanced strategies.

 

5. Mental Skills: We foster a positive mindset towards both winning and losing, promote goal setting, and build self-discipline. Emotional control, error management, relaxation techniques, and preparation for both practice and matches are emphasized.

 

6. Emotional Skills: Our program centers on developing an "inner coach" perspective equipping players to thrive in challenging situations. These traits are essential for success in both tennis and life.

 

7. Nutritional Skills: We gradually introduce healthy routines and educate players about the link between nutrition and performance. Our three-tiered performance dietary plans are tailored specifically for competitive tennis athletes.
